1. What you're buying

Lodestar AI sells digital reference manuscripts, delivered as downloadable files (PDF, EPUB, and a searchable web edition) and unlocked with a one-time access code issued after payment. These are digital goods — nothing physical is shipped.

2. Your licence

When you buy a manuscript, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own work and reference.

• ·You may keep copies for your personal use across your own devices.
• ·You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the files, the web edition, or your access code with anyone else.
• ·You may not upload the content to any public or shared repository, file-sharing service, or AI training dataset.
• ·Code samples are teaching patterns you may adapt inside your own projects; the manuscript text and design may not be reproduced or republished.

3. Intellectual property

All manuscripts, text, code, designs, and the Lodestar AI website are the intellectual property of Frank Van Laarhoven and are protected by copyright. © 2026 Frank Van Laarhoven. All rights reserved.

4. Payment & delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by PayPal or by the third-party storefront linked at checkout (such as Gumroad, Etsy, or Kindle). We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery is digital and immediate: once payment clears you receive an access code to download every format. You are responsible for providing a valid email address so we can reach you.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you are not happy, email frankleroyvan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Immediate access & your right to cancel

Because this is digital content delivered instantly, by downloading you request immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once the download has begun. This does not affect the voluntary 7-day refund offered above, nor any of your other statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or automatically harvest the site, resell or share access codes, or use the content unlawfully. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The manuscripts are provided for reference and education, on an "as is" basis. Lodestar AI is an independent work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Salesforce, SAP, or any other platform; product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Validate all code and patterns against your own environment and the current official documentation before relying on them. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published here at the time you buy.
