We want you to feel confident buying. That is why you can try the code live in your browser and preview the manuscripts before you pay — and why our refund is simple and fair.
The promise
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund you in full — no questions asked — within 7 days of the date you bought it.
How to request a refund
Email frankleroyvan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase from the address you used to buy, and include your receipt or the access code. That is all we need. We will confirm and process it.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days of your request. How quickly it appears on your statement then depends on your bank or PayPal.
Bought through a storefront?
If you purchased through Gumroad, Etsy, or Kindle, that store's own refund process also applies and can be the fastest route — but you are welcome to email us either way and we will help.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary 7-day refund is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights. If a file is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the 7-day window.
